The 2015 OSHA Confined Spaces in Construction regulation (CFR 29 1926 Subpart AA) features explicit requirements for construction activities within confined spaces, while also providing clarity on rules in the Permit-Required Confined Spaces Standard for General Industry (29 CFR Part 1910.146).
