Comprehensive Fall Protection Training: Awareness, Donning, and Inspection Package

The Comprehensive Fall Protection Training package combines three essential aspects of fall protection training: system awareness, harness usage, and equipment inspection. It aims to increase workers' understanding of different fall protection systems, such as guardrails and safety nets, along with personal equipment like body belts while emphasizing the need for selecting the right protection based on their tasks. The training also educates the workforce on the proper donning, adjustment, and secure fastening of Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS), bringing attention to risks like suspension trauma. Furthermore, it explains PFAS care, maintenance, and damage evaluation, emphasizing the importance of proper inspection and avoiding damaged gear. Utilizing interactive simulations in a virtual construction environment and with virtual coworkers enhances hazard identification, protection application, correct PFAS usage, and equipment inspection, ensuring workers are well-equipped and safe when working at heights. The Comprehensive Fall Protection Training package comes with 3 VR simulations.

1. Fall Protection Systems - Awareness (VR) (15 minutes) - OSHA Standard: 1910.28, .140, Subpart D, 1926.106 & industry best practices.
   
2. Personal Fall Arrest System - Donning The Harness (VR) (20 minutes) - OSHA Standard: 1926.503 & industry best practices​.
   
3. Personal Fall Arrest System - Inspection (VR) (20 minutes) - OSHA Standard: 1926.502 & industry best practices​.
   

Estimated time to complete the entire package is 60 minutes.

A passing score of 80% must be obtained to complete this course. The final exam can be retaken twice to achieve the passing score.

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and print.

NOTE: Internet Explorer does not support WebGL and is no longer supported by Microsoft.

The application may run on older or lower-end devices but 360 Immersive cannot guarantee the quality, speed, or stability of the experience.
