Change Management – Thriving through Workplace Change addresses the common pitfalls that cause most change efforts to fail. This course will provide you with the knowledge to prevent these mistakes and to positively and successfully drive change. Upon course completion, you will be able to:

Tests included in this course are designed to reinforce the materials presented. To receive a certificate of completion, a score of 80% is required. If the pass mark is not achieved on the initial attempt, learners are permitted to retake the course twice.
Upon successful completion of the Change Management – Thriving through Workplace Change course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and print.
