  • Understanding of the rights and responsibilities of employers, managers, supervisors, and employees in relation to cannabis and the workplace

  • Understanding of the significance of confidentiality and record-keeping
  • Knowledge about when and why impairment testing is necessary
  • Tips and timelines for post-incident testing
  • Understanding of when and why to conduct drug testing for reasonable cause
