You certainly don’t need to have direct subordinates to do any of this.

The 'Building Your Leadership Skills - Part 2' course is designed to help you amplify your leadership skills for your current role and for future opportunities.

Testing carried out throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion. Participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
