The online Boom Truck Safety course is meticulously crafted to equip you with the essential knowledge for the safe inspection, maintenance, and use of boom trucks, along with the ability to decipher and interpret load charts.

The course is built in compliance with CSA Standard Z150-1998, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

COURSE TOPICS

Although this course includes some aspects related to Rigging, it’s suggested that operators also undertake Rigging (Basic), Rigging (Intermediate), or Rigging and Slinging (Advanced) to complement the Boom Truck Safety course.

PASS MARK

 The testing conducted in the online Boom Truck Safety course is aimed at reinforcing the knowledge imparted. A score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion. The course can be retaken twice if the pass mark is not achieved initially. Supplementary print materials are available online to reinforce the information presented in the course.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

Upon successful conclusion of the online Boom Truck Safety course, a certificate of completion will be ready for download and print. Please note that in certain jurisdictions, an additional hands-on evaluation on the equipment may be mandatory to ensure regulatory compliance.
