    Encountering a bear while on the job is far from ideal, yet many workers operate in regions where this is a real possibility. This Bear Awareness Training course is designed to teach you proactive measures to avoid bear encounters and equip you with the knowledge to respond effectively if an interaction does occur.

    By completing this program, you will learn to:

    • Identify the three bear species in North America and their key traits
    • Recognize common bear food sources
    • Pinpoint locations where bears are most commonly found
