The BCMSA Fatigue Awareness and Lifestyle Training course, spread over 5 modules, presents scientifically-backed data on how to enhance personal health, safety, and interpersonal relationships, all while lessening the effects of fatigue. The course is not only informative but also interactive. Explore topics such as circadian rhythms, the influence of light exposure, the importance of sleep, and personal strategies that can be put into practice immediately. This course is especially useful for shift workers, their managers, and those sharing their lives with shift workers.
Each module takes roughly 20 minutes to complete, equating to a total study time of 2 hours.
