The course aims to enhance understanding of mental health, its possible prevalence and implications in a work setting, and debunk existing misconceptions about mental disorders. Participants will be encouraged to evaluate their own mental well-being, and explore ways to maintain their mental health within their work environment.
Every Mind Matters at Work (NT & NU) is a course formulated to expand mental health understanding, its possible prevalence and repercussions in a work setting, and debunk prevailing misconceptions about mental disorders. Participants will be motivated to assess their own mental well-being, and devise ways to maintain their mental health within their work environment.
