The primary purpose of conducting a workplace investigation, as covered in our Workplace Investigations Training course, is not to point fingers at individuals, but to understand the causes of an incident and implement measures to prevent future occurrences. While investigations may seem overwhelming initially, having a solid investigation plan in place can aid in establishing a safer, more productive work environment.
