This program is endorsed by the Alberta Government, guaranteeing a 3 demerit reduction for successful completion with a minimum grade of 80%.
The Professional Driver Improvement Course (PDIC) is specifically constructed for individuals in the transport industry, serving as a comprehensive refresher on safe driving practices and techniques. Furthermore, it offers a detailed introduction to innovative driving safety concepts.
The Alberta Government endorses this program, ensuring a 3-point demerit reduction upon successful completion. Within 48 hours of course completion, a certified certificate will be made available. The information contained in the certificate can be used to process your demerit reduction, which may take up to 2-3 weeks.
The PDIC is recognized by the Alberta Government for a 3 demerit reduction, granted the course is successfully completed with a minimum passing grade of 80%.
The PDIC is segmented into 8 modules, offering flexibility to learners to complete the course at their convenience. Each module incorporates a myriad of interactive scenarios, videos, and knowledge checks for an engaging and immersive learning experience.

The online testing conducted within this PDIC is designed to reinforce the information disseminated. A score of 80% must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion. Participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not obtained.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be made available for download and print.
Important: An official government certificate will be mailed to you within 3 to 5 business days. Present the government certificate at any Alberta Registry office to have the demerits removed.
