Personal leadership involves effective communication with others, managing disagreements efficiently, and motivating others to achieve their best. You certainly don’t need to have direct subordinates to do any of this.
As we strive to enhance our personal leadership skills, we amplify our contribution to the organization, establish ourselves as important team members, and create future opportunities for our career. The 'Building Your Leadership Skills - Part 2' course is designed to help you amplify your leadership skills for your current role and for future opportunities.
Upon successful completion of this course, you should be able to:

Testing carried out throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion. Participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
