Part 1: Communication (6 modules) approximately 60 minutes
Part 2: Best Practices (2 modules), approximately 20 minutes
Learning evaluation exercises conducted throughout this course are designed to reinforce the information provided and promote assimilation of the concepts. A mark of 80% must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are permitted to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
