The items that cranes transport can vary greatly in shape and weight, but mishandling any of them can lead to serious accidents. Improperly rigged loads can be inadvertently dropped, begin to rotate, or swing unpredictably, creating dangerous situations for nearby people or objects. By taking part in this Rigging Safety in Industrial and Construction Environments course, employees will learn to identify the risks related to rigging and load movement, and be informed about the tools and safety measures they can employ to prevent such incidents.
