The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) reports that annually, job-related injuries and illnesses exceed 3 million, and fatalities surpass 4,500. For all workplace stakeholders – employers, employees, and management – minimizing these figures should be a paramount concern. A key strategy to enhancing safety within any facility is by predicting and managing job hazards before they result in accidents, a process known as Hazard Recognition.
