Leadership for Safety Excellence – Online

COURSE OVERVIEW

The Leadership for Safety Excellence - Online course encompasses four modules:

  1. Role of the Supervisor
As supervisors and front-line leaders, you hold a significant amount of accountability for your team's health and
safety. Your influence shapes the attitudes and performance of your employees.
  2. Identification, Assessment, and Control of Hazards.
The module on Hazard Identification emphasizes the importance of avoiding injuries and illnesses at work
by identifying, assessing, and controlling potential hazards.
  3. Workplace Assessments.
This module outlines the process of conducting comprehensive workplace assessments, explaining the
tools that can enhance your assessment system.
  4. Investigation of Incidents: An “incident” is any event
    that was not intended. Swiftly
reporting and investigating incidents can lead to significant improvements in occupational health and safety (OH&S). For this reason, incident investigation
is an integral component of every health and safety management system.
