Our HAZWOPER training program aims to emphasize on the variety of emergencies that can occur on site, the elements of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP), the process of responding to a hazardous substance emergency release, the roles of employees during such an emergency, and the importance of effective communication both internally and externally during a crisis.
The HAZWOPER: Refresher for Waste Site Workers: Emergency Response & Decontamination course has been carefully constructed to shed light on the various types of emergencies that can occur on site, the concept of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP), the stages in an emergency response, the roles and responsibilities of employees during a hazardous substance emergency release, and the importance of efficient internal and external communications during a crisis. Additionally, the course delves into the fundamentals of decontamination and explores a variety of methods and equipment used in the decontamination process.

This online course employs testing throughout to reinforce the presented material. A score of 80% must be achieved for successful completion. Participants are allowed three attempts to reach the pass mark. A comprehensive student manual is available for download and printing, serving as a valuable reference for future use and knowledge retention.
Upon successful completion of this online HAZWOPER course, a certificate of completion will be readily available for download and printing.
