In a bid to enhance the efficacy of its compliance and enforcement initiatives, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rolled out the Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) program in 2010. The primary aim of this program is to minimize accidents, injuries, and fatalities involving large trucks and buses.
