Our Due Diligence Awareness course delves into the essential duties and obligations of a workplace manager or supervisor. As part of this course, learners will revisit the rights and obligations of employees, supervisors, and employers, as well as understand how to navigate the relevant provincial health and safety laws.
NOTE -Â All workplaces, whether federal or provincial, must abide by local laws. The Canadian Labour Code is not covered in this course since most provincial laws are more comprehensive than federal ones.
Approximately 2 hours
Throughout the Due Diligence Awareness course, knowledge is assessed. Test questions are formulated to reinforce the presented information and should be completed by each participant. A score of 80% must be obtained to be awarded a certificate of completion. Each participant is allowed to retake the course twice if the course's passing mark has not been reached on the first attempt.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
