It can also serve as a supplementary resource for those possessing a valid Leadership for Safety Excellence certificate from another province or territory.

COURSE OVERVIEW


This refresher course, Supervisor Leadership for Safety Excellence Renewal, is designed to provide supervisors with a deep understanding of their roles and obligations under the safety regulations of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The course is tailored by northerners, for northerners and aims to recertify those who have attended the comprehensive 2-day course within the past three years. It also acts as a supplementary resource for holders of a Leadership for Safety Excellence certificate from any other province or territory.


PREREQUESITES


To be eligible for the Supervisor Leadership for Safety Excellence Renewal course, you must have completed the NSA's comprehensive 2-day Supervisor Familiarization/Leadership for Safety Excellence course within the past three years, or possess a valid Leadership for Safety Excellence certificate from any other province or territory.

In case you have not undergone the full 2-day course from any other learning provider, you are required to register for the NSA's 2-day course.

Submission of your prerequisite certificate for this course is mandatory.
