Workplace Investigations Training

COURSE OVERVIEW

Workplace incidents and near-misses, although unfortunate, provide opportunities for learning and improvement. The primary purpose of conducting a workplace investigation, as covered in our Workplace Investigations Training course, is not to point fingers at individuals, but to understand the causes of an incident and implement measures to prevent future occurrences. While investigations may seem overwhelming initially, having a solid investigation plan in place can aid in establishing a safer, more productive work environment. This online training course guides you through the investigation process utilizing scenarios derived from typical workplace incidents.
