Interestingly, most of these injuries aren’t even related to the act of driving itself. They mostly occur due to unsafe practices, hazardous conditions, errors in judgment, or environmental threats. Injuries can result from sprains, strains, incorrect lifting or posture, slips, trips, and falls.

Upon course completion, learners will be equipped to identify common activities that could lead to injuries and also understand how to safeguard themselves, ensuring they remain operational.
