Regardless of our level of success, feedback is a crucial component of our job performance, and managers have a pivotal role in this. Managers are responsible for coaching and developing employees, assisting each individual in maintaining their performance trajectory. Naturally, this includes Giving Great Feedback.
The Giving Great Feedback course equips managers with the required tools and guidance to enhance the feedback they provide to their employees, ensuring everyone can perform at their best.

Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
