To achieve success and high performance, it's essential to understand our strengths, the areas that need improvement, and what actions we need to avoid. Regardless of our level of success, feedback is a crucial component of our job performance, and managers have a pivotal role in this. Managers are responsible for coaching and developing employees, assisting each individual in maintaining their performance trajectory. Naturally, this includes Giving Great Feedback.

PASS MARK


Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
