Gas Monitor Competence Training – BW Micro5 Gas Monitor
This educational program fulfills the OSHA 1910.146(h)(2) requirement for comprehending the functionality of the BW Micro5 gas monitor. It's essential as the OSHA Confined Space Entry syllabus doesn't include this crucial knowledge. This course also serves as a recap on the risks associated with confined space entry.
This program complements, but does not replace, the operating manual that came with your product. We strongly recommend reading the manual thoroughly before using the instrument. The product will function as designed only if used and maintained as per the manufacturer’s directions. Failure to do so may result in the product not working properly, putting those who depend on the product for their safety at risk of serious personal injury or death.
The Gas Monitor Competence Training is not a luxury, but a necessity, since the gas detector – the single piece of equipment a worker’s life hinges on – is NOT INCLUDED in the OSHA Confined Space Entry syllabus. Standalone OSHA courses leave employees ill-equipped to safely and confidently operate their gas detectors. This course is tailored to your specific monitor and offers insights not available in manuals or online videos.
