Hours of Service Training for Drivers

Course Overview

This Hours of Service training course is designed to help drivers understand how fatigue impacts safety and how to stay compliant with Canada’s Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations. The focus is on giving you the knowledge and tools you need to make safe, responsible choices behind the wheel.

While efficiency is always important in transportation, safety must remain the top priority. Driving while tired increases risks on the road and can lead to serious consequences that far outweigh any short-term gains.

Non-compliance with Hours of Service requirements carries both personal and professional repercussions. Beyond the physical dangers, violations can damage your driving record and result in penalties for both you and your employer. This program will show you how to prevent violations, manage fatigue, and maintain a clean record while supporting overall road safety.
