This is an Operator Safety Training session for Garbage Truck. The course meets OSHA's stipulations for the in-class segment of operator safety education.
The Garbage Truck – Operator Safety (CAN) course is designed to meet the OSHA’s stipulations for the in-class segment of operator safety education. Interactive quiz questions are strategically placed throughout the course to prepare you for the final written examination. Upon successful completion of the course, you will have access to print your certificate and wallet card. In addition, a checklist will be provided which your employer can use to assess your practical skills on the machine.
The Garbage Truck – Operator Safety (CAN) course includes the following subjects:

- Anatomy
- Stability
- Operations
- Hazards
- Conclusion
Estimated duration is 90 minutes
The testing conducted during this online course is designed to reinforce the lessons taught. A minimum score of 80% is needed to pass this course. The course can be taken up to three times to achieve the pass mark.
On successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print.
