This course aims to impart essential knowledge on behavior-based safety principles to the employees. The objective is to foster a deeper understanding of the factors that can motivate employees to eliminate unsafe practices before they lead to accidents or injuries. Both accidents and injuries carry personal and financial implications, thereby making it critical for employees to adopt safe practices and discourage unsafe behaviors at the workplace.
This Behavior Based Safety (BBS) course has been designed to familiarize employees with the fundamental principles of behavior-based safety. The aim is to enhance their understanding of the factors that can inspire them to shun unsafe practices before they result in accidents or injuries. Both accidents and injuries have personal and business implications, hence it is vital for employees to adopt safe practices and discourage unsafe behaviors in the workplace.

The course duration is approximately 30 minutes.
Evaluation will be conducted throughout this online course to reinforce the knowledge imparted. To get a certificate of completion, a score of 80% must be obtained. If the pass mark is not achieved, participants can retake the course twice.
Upon successful completion of this online Behavior Based Safety course, a certificate of completion will be readily available for download and printing.
