After key information is provided, learners will witness a gripping, realistic scene where a distressed male employee, causing concern among his colleagues, is approached by his female boss. Her actions are a mix of right and wrong. Each scene is dissected, topic by topic, to emphasize the importance of awareness and to outline the measures for prevention and intervention. This course is perfectly suited for both managers and employees.

Throughout this online Workplace Violence Prevention course, testing is conducted to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% must be achieved to secure a completion certificate. If the pass mark is not achieved, participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice. All required supplemental materials for this course can be accessed online.
Upon successful completion of this online course, participants will be able to download and print a certificate of completion.
