How It Works
Using BIStrainer’s digital forms feature, you can make your own online forms or choose from a wide range of templates. After creating a folder, fill it with your own details, Microsoft Word documents, PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, and interactive digital forms.
Once all the necessary documents are uploaded, set up specific rules for each, like access permissions, editing rights, digital signatures, and statement wordings.

This document management feature also includes advanced reporting for each document and summary reports for the entire company. It provides detailed reports for each user, showing which forms they have signed, and which forms are still pending.
Lastly, when the forms created have been assigned and completed, you can export the data in the place of a government form. By designating which boxes created correspond to which on institutional documents, any information collected on a form can be utilized and turned into a government form file.
