- Handle stress, worries, low moods, and/or various emotions, thereby enhancing performance at work, school, home, and life in general
- Recognize unhelpful thoughts that can escalate difficulty in situations and master the art of changing those thoughts

The following topics are covered in this online course:
- Module 1 - You will learn to TUNE-IN through mindfulness and self-reflection.
- Module 2 - You will learn HOW your body and mind are connected.
- Module 3 - You will learn how to IDENTIFY your unhelpful thoughts.
- Module 4 - You will learn how to develop NEW more helpful thoughts.
- Module 5 - You will learn how to KEEP calm through learning a variety of relaxation and regulation skills and coping strategies.
- Module 6 - You will learn the power of practice and the importance of repeating the new skills.
Approximately 90 minutes. However, the THINK'n Corp recommends completing one module a week to allow for the practice of the new skill taught in each module.
A score of 80% is required to pass this course. The course can be retaken three times to achieve the pass mark.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
