The potential dangers of electricity are lethal, and to ensure safety, the NFPA 70E® has made it mandatory for employers to formulate and apply an electrical safety program. Our course, Using Electrical Safety Programs (US), aims to impart a clear understanding of basic safety measures in electrical operations. These measures extend to the use of personal protective equipment and conducting arc-flash hazard assessments. The program is most suited for individuals across all sectors, particularly those in supervisory roles, personnel involved in electrical maintenance and installations, and safety directors.

The course is structured to include tests at various points to consolidate the information provided. In order to successfully complete the course, a minimum score of 80% is required. Participants are allowed up to three attempts to achieve the pass mark. A comprehensive student manual is provided as a printable resource for future reference and to aid knowledge retention.
