This Reasonable Suspicion Awareness Training for Supervisors focuses on explaining the comprehensive 5-step reasonable suspicion process. It aims to train supervisors to identify typical signs of drug and alcohol use in a professional environment. The course will delve into the perils associated with workplace impairment due to substance misuse, and the symptoms of a substance use disorder, enabling supervisors to ascertain if their team members may be affected. The standard testing methodology for drug and alcohol screening will be outlined, and the corresponding testing policy will be examined.
