Throughout the “Hours of Service” online course, testing is carried out to reinforce the knowledge imparted. A minimum score of 80% is necessary to obtain a certificate of completion. If the pass mark is not achieved, participants have the ability to retake the course twice. All required materials to complete the course can be accessed online.

Successful completion of this online course will enable the participant to download and print a certificate of completion.
