Estimated time of completion: 45 minutes
To reinforce the concepts covered, testing is incorporated in this online Conflict Resolution Series. A score of 80% is required to earn a certificate of completion. If the passing score is not achieved, participants can retake the course up to three additional times.
After successful completion of the Conflict Resolution Series, a certificate of completion will be available for download and print.
