This program is designed to enhance your skills in conducting efficient workplace inspections. It offers insights into the mechanisms that can upgrade your inspection system. The course explains what to observe, how to interpret your findings, and the appropriate way to report them. The main objective of this course is to help you formulate valid and reasonable suggestions for hazard rectification.
The goal of Workplace Inspections is to offer a foundational structure that ensures inspections are comprehensive, include key staff members, incorporate an evaluation process, promote employee engagement, and foster ongoing enhancement of both the occupational health and safety culture and the formal Workplace Inspections program. The ultimate aim of structured Workplace Inspections is to prevent accidents resulting from hazards.

Testing conducted in this online Workplace Inspections course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved on the final exam in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are allowed to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved on the first attempt. Supplemental materials for this course are available online.
