The Supervision Basics program is designed to equip you with the skills to set targets and objectives, identify those who require additional coaching and support, and comprehend what each individual needs to foster a productive work environment. By aiding our team in understanding their roles and providing them with necessary feedback, along with involving them in problem-solving, we enable each member to achieve success and the team to reach its objectives seamlessly.

Upon successful completion of the Supervision Basics course, you should be able to:

Impart to employees a clear understanding of their deliverables for the upcoming three months
Provide support to your team members facing challenges and obstacles
Discuss the significance of team and company policies with your team
Gain insights into your employees’ family life, hobbies, personal challenges, and interests

Testing conducted throughout this online Supervision Basics course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A score of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
