With the aim of incorporating new employees swiftly and effectively into your team, certain techniques can be implemented. This not only benefits the new hire, but the team and the organization as a whole.

The “Onboarding New Employees – Part 2” course is designed to equip you with the necessary tools to achieve this. By facilitating the new employee in understanding their role, what is expected of them, getting acquainted with their team, and building the necessary skills, you’ll be able to turn any new recruit into a valuable and contributing team member quickly and efficiently.

Upon completing the Onboarding New Employees – Part 2 course successfully, you should be able to:

  • Create an environment where new hires can learn from their colleagues about the benefits of working with the team and the company
  • Help the new hire understand the overall purpose and deliverables of the team
  • Identify the skills and knowledge required for the new hire to succeed in their role
  • Provide coaching and necessary information to ensure new hires are able to perform their work efficiently and on time
  • Provide a network of resources for coaching, feedback and skill-building for new hires
