By facilitating the new employee in understanding their role, what is expected of them, getting acquainted with their team, and building the necessary skills, you’ll be able to turn any new recruit into a valuable and contributing team member quickly and efficiently.

To reinforce the information offered in this online course, testing is conducted throughout the course. A score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion. If the required score is not achieved, participants have the option to retake the course up to two times.
