Upon course completion, learners will have the capability to:
- Understand what FMLA is
- Identify the three eligibility requirements for employees to be able to take FMLA leave
- Recognize the reasons that qualify for FMLA leave

- Ask appropriate questions to ascertain whether someone is eligible for FMLA leave
