The BCMSA Respectful Conduct in the Workplace course aims to bestow upon all employees the necessary skills and insights that will enable them to comprehend their role in creating a more respectful and conducive work environment. This course will help them identify and understand the various forms of workplace bullying and harassment, raise their awareness of the behaviours that constitute these acts, elucidate their organization’s policy and complaint procedure on harassment, clarify the steps to take if they witness or suffer bullying or harassment, and outline the appropriate response if they are accused of bullying or harassment.
