The goal of hiring new employees is to have them become productive, integral members of your team as swiftly as possible. This benefits both the company and the employee. Managers can facilitate this process by following certain strategies designed to expedite the onboarding process.
With the aim of incorporating new employees swiftly and effectively into your team, certain techniques can be implemented. This not only benefits the new hire, but the team and the organization as a whole.
The “Onboarding New Employees – Part 2” course is designed to equip you with the necessary tools to achieve this. By facilitating the new employee in understanding their role, what is expected of them, getting acquainted with their team, and building the necessary skills, you’ll be able to turn any new recruit into a valuable and contributing team member quickly and efficiently.

To reinforce the information offered in this online course, testing is conducted throughout the course. A score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion. If the required score is not achieved, participants have the option to retake the course up to two times.
