As per the General Duty Clause, (Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act of 1970,) OSHA mandates that employers create a safe workspace for their employees. However, each employee also has a responsibility to be cognizant of potential hazards, take steps to mitigate or eliminate them, and notify regarding any unsafe conditions promptly.

According to the General Duty Clause, (Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act of 1970,) OSHA necessitates that employers ensure a safe workspace for their employees. However, employees must also stay vigilant about potential hazards, take necessary precautions to prevent or eradicate them, and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
