Consisting of essential training on Sexual and Workplace Harassment, Bullying, and Violence Prevention, this online course encapsulates integral facets of Sexual and Workplace Harassment including the duties of supervisors (as detailed in Ontario Bills 132 and 168, and BC Bill 14), the process for employee grievances, and measures to avert a considerable number of workplace violence situations.

The Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention course features content from Ontario Bills 132 and 168, BC Bill 14, Harassment under the 1977 Human Rights Act, tasks of supervisors, maintaining confidentiality, employee grievance procedures, the risk of legal repercussions, among others. This interactive and compelling online course suite offers crucial knowledge for your supervisors and employees to avert, identify, and react to incidents of harassment, bullying, and violence – and to adhere to the law.

• Workplace Harassment Prevention: Approximately 60 mins
• Workplace Violence Awareness and Prevention: Approximately 45 mins

Evaluation is carried out throughout the Harassment course and after the Violence course to reinforce understanding and retention of the participants. To obtain a certificate of completion, a score of 80% must be achieved. Participants have the opportunity to repeat each course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.

On successful completion of each of these online courses, a certificate of completion can be downloaded and printed.
