This “Supervisor Skills” course is designed to equip you with strategies to navigate tricky situations effectively, thereby contributing to the long-term prosperity of your organization, your team, and yourself. Upon completion of this course, you’ll be able to:

• Address any difficult situation in the workplace with realism, restraint, and determination.
• Resolve conflicts efficiently among your team members by choosing the most suitable strategy.
• Handle layoffs in a way that mitigates their adverse impacts.

This “Supervisor Skills” course is self-paced and can be finished in roughly 60 minutes

Tests conducted in this course are meant to reinforce the concepts discussed. Participants must achieve a score of 80% to obtain a certificate of completion. If the pass mark is not achieved on the first attempt, participants can retake the course twice.

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be readily available for download and print.
