This course, Sexual Harassment Prevention for Managers, provides practical examples aimed at enhancing management sensitivity to potential employee issues and the legal liability related to sexual harassment. To meet the two-hour sexual harassment training requirements of California AB 1825, this course should be combined with Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention for Managers (CA AB 1825 and 2053).
