Our ‘Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention for Managers’ course also includes guidelines about how to handle harassment when it happens, the elements of a harassment inquiry, the potential dangers of backlash, and the measures both staff and management should adopt to prevent sexual or any other kind of harassment.

Understand what sexual harassment means, its harmful effects, and the necessity of a sexual harassment policy
Recognize instances of verbal, physical, and visual harassment, quid pro quo sexual harassment, digital harassment, and abusive behavior
