Setting Up a Claims Management Program for Your Company (WCB)

This tutorial equips you with the knowledge and tools necessary for designing and initiating a claims management program. Although the program is beneficial for handling both work and non-work-related injuries/illnesses, the emphasis and terminology in the course are primarily geared towards WCB and work-related injuries.
