All of us desire acknowledgment for our accomplishments. It’s gratifying to know we’ve excelled at a specific task and are perceived as a valuable asset to the team. Receiving commendation and recognition is inspiring. While commendation can come from many sources, a significant portion comes from our superiors. As a manager, it is your responsibility to ensure each team member receives the right amount of recognition at the appropriate time.
The Recognizing Employees course will guide you on how to commend your team consistently, strike a balance between public and private acknowledgment, recognize your employees’ achievements, and find others to applaud your team’s efforts.
Upon successful completion of the Recognizing Employees course, you will be able to:

Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are allowed to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be accessible for download and printing.
