This course on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Overview, provides you with the knowledge to protect yourself against these hazards and minimize the likelihood of injuries or fatalities.
Upon completion of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Overview course, you will be able to:
- Distinguish between various types of PPE
- Choose the correct PPE depending on the identified risks
- Understand the fundamental principles of using, caring for, and maintaining PPE
Estimated completion time is 40 minutes
Continuous testing throughout this online course aims to reinforce the information imparted. A minimum score of 80% is required to pass this course. Participants have up to three attempts to reach the pass mark. A comprehensive student manual, which serves as an excellent resource for future reference and knowledge retention, is available for download and printing.
On successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion can be downloaded and printed as proof of your commitment to safety through the use of PPE.
