The ‘OH&S and the Law for Supervisors’ course aims to impart a comprehensive understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and other integral health and safety regulations, the duties, rights, and obligations of workers and employers, the functionalities of Joint Health & Safety Committees, and the rudimentary elements of workplace criminal justice. This course, which is based on Ontario legislation, offers essential information and best practices that will be advantageous for all supervisors.

Note de passage

Assessment is conducted throughout this ‘OH&S and the Law for Supervisors’ course. Each participant is required to complete test questions designed to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% is necessary to qualify for a certificate of completion. Participants are allowed two attempts at the course if the pass mark is not achieved at the first attempt.
