The Office Ergonomics Self-Adjustment Tool is designed to empower the user to tailor their own workspace using an interactive, step-by-step guide. This tool not only aids in identifying the need for minor equipment changes and/or follow-up actions but also pinpoints when a professional assessment may be necessary. In situations where the workspace is reasonably adjustable or well suited, the self-adjustment tool will prove adequate. This proactive educational platform promotes resource efficiency and preemptively addresses potential issues before they escalate into discomfort.

Estimated completion time is 15 minutes

Achievement of an 80% mark is mandatory to earn a completion certificate. Participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not attained on the initial attempt.

On successful completion of this online module, a certificate of completion will be available for immediate download and printing.
